Automatic Refunds

You will receive an automatic full refund if: (1) The seller does not initiate the transfer within 7 days of payment, (2) The gym denies the transfer, or (3) The listing is found to be fraudulent. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Dispute-Based Refunds

After the gym confirms a transfer, you have 48 hours to raise a dispute if: the membership details do not match what was listed, the transfer was not actually completed, or you were misled about the membership. To raise a dispute, go to Dashboard → My Purchases → Raise Dispute.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available if: you change your mind after a successful transfer, you provided incorrect details for the transfer, or more than 48 hours have passed since transfer confirmation without raising a dispute.

Platform Fee

The 5% GYMELO platform fee is non-refundable except in cases of seller fraud or platform error. In automatic refund scenarios (transfer not completed), the full amount including platform fee is refunded.

How to Request a Refund

For automatic refunds, no action is needed — they process automatically. For dispute-based refunds, use the dispute button in your purchase dashboard. For other issues, contact hello@gymelo.in with your purchase ID.
